Your booking is at least 4 hours in advance.

The 24-hour delivery throughout North Holland works as follows.

Order before 10 p.m. for next day delivery.

The available shipping / delivery method is displayed based on the entered city and purchase amount.

For Noord Holland there are different rates for 24-hour personal delivery.

• Free within Amsterdam, min. Purchase amount € 10.-
• South-East, Diemen, Oudekerk ad Amstel etc. € 5.- minimum purchase price: € 10.-
• Zaanstad, Landsmeer, Badhoevedorp, Halfweg etc. € 6.- minimum purchase amount: € 10.-
• Aalsmeer, Beverwijk, Haarlem, Egmond (AZ), Hillegom, P'rend, V'dam etc. € 7.50 minimum purchase price: € 15.-
• Alkmaar, Callantsoog, Enkhuizen, Heerhwaard, Middenmeer, M'blik etc. € 8.50 minimum purchase price: € 15.-
•  A. Palowna, Den Oever, Den Helder etc. € 9.- minimum purchase amount: € 15.-

With a purchase of at least € 65.00 we deliver the order for free throughout North Holland.

Delivery days: Mon to Sat

Delivery times: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (due to curfew)

Orders are shipped via PostNL or DHL via track and trace, letterbox post or personal delivery in North Holland.

For the first three shipping methods GottaCosplay! does not affect the delivery.

We make an appointment with delivery.

After receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped within 24 hours on working days (Mon to Fri, excluding holidays), unless stated otherwise during the ordering process. The average delivery time for NL is 2-3 working days. The delivery time depends on the speed of the delivery services.

GottaCosplay.nl is not responsible for damage and / or the loss of items during shipment.

 If this occurs, please contact GottaCosplay.nl.

You are responsible for entering the correct address details. If a mistake is made, GottaCosplay.nl is not liable for delay, damage and / or loss during shipment.

Due to our fast processing procedure, the order can unfortunately not be canceled after the order has been paid and confirmed.

 Of course the order can be returned to us.

 In case of a required return, please contact info@gottacosplay.nl as soon as possible, stating. Return, within 14 calendar days after confirmed receipt.

 We will send a link to our return portal where you can further process the return yourself.

 Note: the shipping costs for a return are € 3.00.

* To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend that you send the product with track and trace and keep the proof of shipment. In the event of a dispute regarding the arrival of a return, the return will not be reimbursed without the information from the proof of shipment.

The consumer is responsible for properly packaging and shipping the product. In addition, the product must have no signs of wear and the packaging must be in its original condition.

If the product is not returned in correct condition, GottaCosplay.nl cannot reimburse the costs of this product.
